How We Work

 

We do not use sleep training/behavioral modification methods to encourage sleep. We focus on the attachment relationship, bonding and emotional wellbeing. We base our plans on parental knowledge of their child (because you know your child best) and the child's cues ( because your baby knows what they like and don't like). We couple this information with our own knowledge to create sleep plans that feel right to the child and family.

Our approach is based on individuality and our plans address the root of the sleep issue rather than just focus on the symptoms. By doing so, we reshape lifestyle and sleep habits which results in changes that are sustainable for you and your family. We will provide you with an individualized plan, however some changes may be required as we move forward. In this way, the plan always remains personal which leads to sleep success. The plan will fit your lifestyle so that the changes become organic and part of who you are moving forward.

 

If you would like to move forward with us here is what the process looks like:

Step 1: Contact us via email at contact@quietmomentssleep.com with any questions you may have about the process. We will schedule a time to speak with you via phone or over the internet. During this communication we will let you know how we can help you. We will never pressure you to decide during this initial phase - nor will be “salesy” in anyway. We will always ask that you think about taking this journey with us and if you choose to move forward to let us know. After all, this process will only work if you are ready for the change.

Step 2:  Once you have let us know that you wish to proceed, we will send you a payment invoice. Payment is to be made in full and can be made via E-Transfer or Paypal. Once payment is received and processed we will send you the contract, initial questionnaires, and daily log form for completion. Once complete you may send the paperwork back to us via email. If you do not have access to a scanner then you may also take pictures of the forms with your smart phone and email those to us as attachments.

Step 3: Once we receive your paperwork we will review and create a plan. We will contact you to set up the initial call where we will ask any other questions and discuss the sleep plan. After our call, you will receive your first steps for implementation.
